2. AI Card Generation & Virtual Items
Cards and booster packs created via Artificial Intelligence on TCG123 are virtual digital items meant solely for entertainment, collecting, and dueling within the application. They carry no real-world financial value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. Virtual Currency (Shards)
Shards are in-game virtual currency used to purchase booster packs and items. Shards are non-refundable and non-transferable outside the game.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to exploit software bugs, use automated scripts or bots, or engage in abusive behavior towards other players. Accounts violating these rules may be suspended.
5. Intellectual Property
All platform software, game mechanics, branding, and AI integration systems belong to TCG123. AI-generated visual assets are licensed for user enjoyment within the game platform.
6. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of TCG123 constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
